Applications
Double stage crusher can be widely used in crushing coal gangue, shale, clay, slag, limestone, construction wastes, tailing ore and other materials. It is easy to crush high moisture materials with very fine output.
Working principle
Double stage crusher has the same working principle with the hammer crusher, it depends on the hammer to smash the materials, as the double stage crusher is the combination of 2 hammer crusher, so it is has two-rotor hammer to smash.
Features
The double stage crusher is equivalent to the combination of two sets of hammer crushers, with two rotors in series connection. It has the following features:
1. Double crushing with two rotors fluctuating at two levels up and down. The related two rotors lead the first crushed materials by the upper rotor into the lower rotor for the second crushing, inside materials crash to each other, so to get the result that hammer crushing powder, powder crushing powder, and then finished materials are discharged directly.
2. This machine has not bottom screen,which means each kind of wet slag can be crushed, even it comes out from water, it does not exist the phenomenon of binding and clogging.
3. The double stage crusher grinds at the same time and the reduction ratio is big, making the material granularity not surpass 3mm. It can meet the request of producing standard brick and the hollow brick.
4. The output is high with low power consumption. Each hour may crush *0 tons at least and the cost of crushing one ton cinder (electrical bill, attrition, wages) is lower.
5. Unique bidirectional adjustable gap technology. After the hammer wore and tore, the gap between it and the liner-plate became large and so does the material size. At the moment, adjustment of hammer from the middle to the liner-plate can make the distance between them shorter, so the machine can continue to be used, which can reduce the investment and save the cost.
6. Centralizing lubrication system that is fast and convenient for filling oil without stopping machine.
7. Hydraulic automatic startup chassis. The machine is equipped with the hydraulic open and fold shell. It needs just one person to operate and of easy maintenance, security and reliability.
