Description
Self-aligned welding
rotator may
automatically regulate the pivot angle of roller train according to
the diameter of a work piece, without manual regulation. Each pair
of turning rolls carriers consist of 1 set of driving rolls carrier
and 1 set of follower rolls carrier, with 8 turning rolls in total.
Turning rolls structure can be divided into steel-glue
combination, polyurethane,
all-steel rolls and others. The four turning rolls of driving rolls
carrier employ all gears engaged driving. It is designed to comply
with the operating requirement of pressure container manufacturer
with reference to the national standard for rotary flexible welding
GLHZ series of machinery industry JB/t********0. The company
absorbs the advantages of domestic and foreign similar products,
and the equipment is advanced, reliable in quality and easy to
operate. It can process work pieces of different diameters in the
specified range. Based on following the welding process parameters,
