The high viscosity grease filling machine is equipped with a pneumatic plunger pump for high viscosity, an oil pressure disc convenient for absorbing high viscosity materials, an air elevator, and is used as a suction device for high viscosity materials. The lift can be carried out by operating the lift, pump and circular cover. The elevator can simply exchange oil drums only by lifting through the change-over valve. In addition, it is equipped with a standard base plate, so it can be easily set anywhere.
Special oil pressure lifting mechanism and oil pressure pan are set. Different from the follow-up plate, the follow-up plate is attached to the surface of the material. Through the adsorption force of the plate, the material is concentrated around the bottom valve to help the pump absorb, so it has no effect on materials with high viscosity. The pressure oil pan has the force of forced extrusion.
