Working Principle of Sand:The materials enter the crusher through feeder hopper, which is divided into two parts by distributor, one part through the middle of distributor entering into the rotating impeller at high speed, then accelerated in impeller, whose speed can reach hundreds of acceleration of gravity, then the material is cast through the internal flow path around the impeller by the speed of ****5 meter/second. First the materials will impact together with the part freely fallen down around distributor, then impact on the eddy current cavity’s layer together, be rebounded by layer and inclined impact to the top of the eddy current cavity, changes its direction and moves down, the materials cast from the impeller forms continual material screen.
