Application：
This product applies to the mixing
process in rubber type pressure sensitive adhesive , acts as low
molecular weight component, can improve rubber's initial
adhesion.
Range Of
Application：
Can be mixed with various types of
low polar elastic body such as natural rubber, butadiene rubber (
NR ) ( BR ), ( IR ) synthesis of CIS polyisoprene rubber,
styrene-butadiene rubber ( SBR, block or random ), amyl phenyl
rubber ( SIR, block or random ), butyl rubber, chloroprene
rubber, butyl rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber and so on , mixed
with tackifying resin and antioxidant,can manufacture
pressure-sensitive adhesive.
Product
Advantage：
Used as pressure sensitive adhesive
when mixed with natural rubber or other non-polar rubber, it has
advantage in maintaining the high strength and improves the
initial adhesion of pressure-sensitive adhesive. The product's
vitrification temperature is very low, applicable to wide
temperature range, especially adapted to extreme cold weather
condition.
Compared with general oils, the
product is not easy to volatilize when heated, and strength
decrease lower;
Compared with other liquid rubber,
when added natural rubber, the product has high
compatibility;
Compared with the low molecular
weight natural rubber in degradation, this product has high
heat-resistant;
Compared with the generic acrylic
pressure-sensitive adhesive, the product does not produce
irritant effect to the body, more moderate residual odor.
The operation process is simple,
suitable for all sizes of pressure-sensitive adhesive production
process.

This product has not applied FDA
Certification, be cautious when using in export medicine and food
industry.

Note：
This product is not flammable, the
normal operating temperature（＜**0℃） does
not occur in Combustion Accident.

Period：
Stored away from light between 0℃
to *0℃, the shelf-life is *4 months since the production
date.

If improper storage causes fire burning, use sand, foam fire
extinguishers, carbon dioxide fire extinguishers or water to

for recycling.
