No.1 Purposes: CGBPJ series of stripped Machine is used for fastening the joints falling off conveyor belts and cleaning the head Adhesive Layer, this operation can be used in various occasions and locations. The products are widely used in the following industries, such as power plants, mining, steelworks, wharf, petrochemical, etc. No.2 Product Advantages: 1. Stripping large area, speed, greatly decreases labour intensity and reduces the time required for connector; 2. Light in weight, carry easily; 3. Operate Stably. No.3 Technical Parameters 1. Motor power: 0.*5 KW 2. Linear velocity: 0.3 m / s 3. The largest Stripped width: **0 mm (NN, EP Conveyor belt and wire rope conveyor belt) **0 mm (general belt) No.4 Methods of Usage: 1. By conventional method, please put the conveyor belt on the centreline, and the corresponding joint should be incised with knife, and then separate the first layer; 2. Put the conveyor belt stripped machine on an appropriate location and fix well by wire rope; 3. Connect with power supply; 4. Clamp the first layer with Fixture, start motor and incise the stripped part properly. 5. After stripped the first layer, and repeat the above steps, strip the second and third layers. No.5 Attention to the issues 1. Power should be connected and operated by a professional electrician. 2. Peeling machine should be fixed as working, and prevent sliding. 3. Not exceed the relevant width as required.
