  • RSM-COD(A)Concrete Overcast Control Device is independently developed by Wuhan Sinorock Technology Co., Ltd., and is mainly used for measuring the concretepouring height of the pile head during the construction of concrete piles or concrete structures.
  • RSM-COD(A)Concrete Overcast Control Device canbe employed to detect theconcrete pouring height in real time during theconcrete construction of underwater (dry hole) piles and concrete structures. When concrete pouringreaches a position close to the corresponding elevation, thetester will automaticallygive an early warning, prompting that the pouring speed should beslowed down. Whentheconcrete pouring continues toreachthe position corresponding to the elevation, thetester will give an alarmto stop pouring.

Technical features:
 
  • Thetester adopts alloy casing and integrated ergonomic structure design;
  • The winch is separated from thetester box. Thedry and wet areasareseparated fromeach otherto facilitate the recovery and washing of the probe cables on site;
  • The probe is made of alloy materials,with a built-in Kevlar cable, which can withstand **0kg pulling force;
  • The probe is equipped with a mounting slot (which can simulate a knife edge), which is convenient for quick installation and disassembly on site;
  • As an automatic testing equipment, afterpower-on and installation, it can beused fortesting directly, which is simple and intuitive;
  • Equipped with multi-coloralarm lights, intelligent sound and light warning,capable ofreal-time control of pouringconditions;
  • Thetester can calibrate the test concrete parameters with one key, and the calibration data of the same site can be obtained through the network;
  • The large-capacity lithium battery can be used for more than *8 hours when fully charged, and can be used while charging;
  • Thetester has the function of positioningand uploading data to the designated platform,for datamonitoring;
  • The real-time collected data can be viewed through the mobile APP and drawn into the corresponding curve; and the project information can be entered and uploaded to the corresponding platform through the mobile APP.
