ROUND SEAM WELDING MACHINE
This machine is designed for round seam welding. Such as
transmission shaft, axle, hydraulic ram, solar water heater,
electric water heater, pressure cylinder, gas tank and son on.
Work piece is rotated by motor and belt, welding torch's horizental
moving is adjusted by manual, because no need to move for same size
work piece. Welding torch's vertical moving is powered by hydraulic
cylinder.
It can weld carbon steel, stainless steel, cooper, alumnium, zinc
coating plate, by using different welding source, such as
TIG/MAG/MIG/Plasma/Laser welder and so on.
Water cooling for torch and copper plate is optional.
