YJ2XF Series
High-temperature rotary joint is a patented rotary joint (patent
No:**********0.6) that developed by
Minxuan Technology Company for users of heat-conducting oil
featuring good performance of impurity-resistance and high
temperature resistance. It is extensively applied in the
industries machinery such as rubber, plastics, textile and
leather.
1.The shell is made of precision
cast steel and designed with modular structure. The appearance is
attractive and it is easy to install and maintain;
2.The rotation axis is formed by
integrated bar stock heat stress and processed with special
treatment so that the sealing surface will reach the best
hardness and durability.
3.The sealing ring is made of
impregnated antimony material, featuring high-t temperature
resistance, abrasion resistance and long service life.
4.The spring adopts spring steel
that made of tungsten-chromium-vanadium alloy. It has enough
compensation dosage even under high temperature, which prevents
the impurity in the media from intruding the sealing surface.
Therefore, it will achieve a better sealing performance and
longer service life.
5.The joints in the inner tube are
supported by graphite carbon bearing and sealed by shaft seal,
which guarantees the separation and sealing of oil inlet and
return-oil inlet.
6. It is easy to maintenance and
replaces the sealing parts if they are abrasive. It is
unnecessary to buy new rotary joints, which saves time and
costs.
