At present, there are many wire rope structures used in rotary
drilling rigs in the market. Ordinary round-strand rotation

compacted strand rotation resistance wire ropes mainly include
*8×K7. , *5W×K7, *5×K7 etc.
In recent years, *5W×K7 type and *5×K7 type steel wire ropes have
been applied to rotary drilling rig in relatively large quantities,
especially these two types of RHLL & LHLL wire ropes are widely
