network switchgears is the function units and the sealing air boxes
which consists of load switch, the load switch fuse, the breaker
isolation switch and other main switch. Its bus can be randomly
expanded to left and right direction by the bus connector. It is
applicable to the middle voltage power distribution system; they
not only meet the requirements of the power supply network joints
or the user terminal but also meet flexible and applicable
requirements of the secondary substation on the compact type
switch. They can be randomly combined according to different design
schemes, to complete different power distribution tasks. Â The
XGN*6A**2 series box type gas-insulated metal-enclosed loop network
switchgears applies computer three dimensional simulation technical
optimization design , use Italy Salvagnini flexible sheet metal
machining streamline, Italy PRIMA three dimensional laser welding
equipment, Germany Helium mass spectrometry leakage detection
instrument and other advanced international manufacturing
equipments, and applies the new SF6 gas-insulated middle voltage
loop network modular expansion type switchgear assembled by the
modern streamline. Â The XGN*6A**2 series box type
gas-insulated metal-enclosed loop network switchgears is equipped
with the independent wholly enclosed SF6 gas box, the box body
applies 3mm stainless sheets which can be welded by the Italy PRIMA
three dimensional laser welding equipment, to ensure complete
enclosure, complete insulation, no affected by environment, safe
and reliable, and  maintenance free.  The XGN*6A**2
series box type gas-insulated metal-enclosed loop network
switchgears are in accordance with IEC ****8 standards, which have
passed through type test according to the national standard, and
the service life is longer than *0 years.
Product Features
Flexible and reliable combination pattern: the main unit of the
XGN*6A**2 series box type gas-insulated metal-enclosed loop network
switchgear can be equipped with maximum 4 unit modules in the same
insulation gas chamber. The load switch, the load switch fuse, the
breaker isolation switch module and the metering module and so on
can be arbitrarily combined; at the same time, the different gas
chambers can realize limitless expansion by the embedded type
expansion bus, the expansion bus is a embedded type structure which
completely meets application and beauty requirements, which can not
be affected by environment. The box bodies of all switchgears are
stainless steel which is welded by three dimensional laser. The
high voltage live part is located in the stainless steel box body,
which is inflating into SF6 (relative value at *0℃) at rated
working pressure of 0.**5MPa, protection class can reach IP*7. It
can be installed in the damp, dusty, salty dirt, mine and any air
filth location, and it is not necessary to apply special prevention
measures. Â High reliable safety guarantee: all live parts are
enclosed in the SF6 air tank, which can realize whole shield and
whole insulation. The box body is equipped with the air pressure
monitoring device. The explosion proof and pressure release device
is equipped at rear lower part of the gas tank, which can reach
