As a new type Instant Water Heater Heating Element to replace Quartz Water Heating Tube. Thick Film Water Water Heating Tube can heat water flow inside tube, by electric circuit sintered and covered between with 5 isolation layers on tube surface. It connects with wire leads by spot-weld to silver conductor on the surface.

Compare with quartz heating tube element or immersion water heating element, Thick Film Heating Element is advanced in larger heating area (Tubular Structure), higher power density(40W/cm²), faster temperature response (up to **0â„ƒ/S), longer life time (>*0,**0 hours) and Better thermal transfer(*6%).
