 Renovation frames are
intended for windows to be mounted in historical buildings,
directly on old wooden frames (which are not disassembled).
Prior to the assembly of a renovation frame, wood quality of the
old frame must be checked (damages, humidity). If required, the
wooden frame should be impregnated with appropriate preparations.
Good ventilation of the wooden frame which remains in the jambs
should be also ensured. Prior to the assembly of a new renovation
frame, the old one must be subject to woodworking process.
Renovation frame is fixed internally, while masking angle bracket
should be fixed externally, depending on constructional
conditionings.
