GOING INTO A NEW DIMENSION OF MULTI-SINGLE STAGE INCUBATION SYSTEM
Regal Multi- Single stage incubator/hatcher system

Multi-Stage incubator has an outstanding advantage in saving energy, but at the same it has its own disadvantages. One problem that cannot be dealt with it easily,is that the incubator temperature during the early and late stages of incubations arent been unable to reach the optimum temperatures. The temperature in middle stage incubation is too high, also in the earlier stage is too low (In particular below area of Egg trays of 1st and 2ndtiers). This leads to unsatisfactory results, such as different hatching time and decrease in hatch ability.Although technicians have done much with great efforts, they made little progress.
Most Multi-stage tunnel incubation systems companies must provide for the average needs of all embryos within the incubator, thus it may not meet the specific needs of the youngest and oldest embryos at the same time in the incubator. When you manipulate or control the amper you will not only alter the amount of fresh air that moves through the incubator to change gas concentrations (CO2, O2, andH2O) but you also influence uniformity of heat distribution. Fresh air ventilation also makes it challenging to retain relative humidity asone must maintain a specific damper opening that will support the oxygen needs of the oldest as well as the youngest embryos although it may not beoptimal. Most of the international tunnel incubators companies use one damper to control the air intake and one damper to exhaust the air of their multi-stage tunnel machine. Our company adapted a breakthrough tunnel incubator with one intake damper and one damper exhaust to control and alter the amount of fresh air that moves through the incubator. This new air distribution system influenced the uniformity of heat distribution within the incubator.
Anhui Regal Electronic Technology Co., Ltd separated our incubator racks into two zones.
Zone Two: Stage one and two (**7 days old of incubation) are been treated as asingle-stage ventilation machine. Single stage incubation systems allow you torestrict ventilation (oxygen) when there is reduced need for oxygen to help maintain a uniform environment within the incubator and to increase ventilation of the incubator in later stages. Zone One: (*0 to *7 days of incubation) as embryos tissue mass increases. At the same time, by eliminating the damper opening during the early part of incubation to reduce air flow through the incubator it is easier to maintain elevated humidity without having to use humidifiers which will create localized areas of cooler air, creating unevenness in incubating temperature in different parts of the incubators. The result of being able to provide specific set points the early stage incubation system can provide the embryo and chick:
1. Improved nutrient utilization.
2. Improved organ system maturation at hatch.
3. Improved hatchling performance in the field.
