After being removed the fluorine and compressor, the used refrigerator can be crushed and recycled by the dedicated four-axis crusher, secondary crusher and bubble film crusher for the complete processing. It has the features of low energy consumption, large capacity, cost effective, low maintenance cost, good performance.
Working Principle:
Â In the crushing processing stage, winnowing equipment and specialized device are used to process bubble film and dust removal;
Â Use magnetic separation device to separate the ferrous metal with iron content materials;
Â Sort the non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials with the eddy current sorting equipment;
Â Sound processing by centralized dust removal and activated carbon gas filter;
Â The full process adopts PLC control system and dynamic real-time monitoring.
