The Dosage
1. Use as a softener
It plays the role in softening in the desulfurization process of recycled rubber powder. It can accelerate to soft recycled rubber powder. So we call it is reclaimed rubber softening agent.

2. Used as fortifier
Reclaim Rubber Softening agent’s molecules are retained in the molecules of the rubber material’s molecules after the high pressure and high temperature desulfurization. It plays a role of strengthening and improving rubber matterial’s plastic level and plasticity.In the meanwhile reclaimed rubber’s strength and elongation can be enhanced. So we also call it is reclaimed rubber processing agent and reclaimed rubber reinforcing agent.

This kind of reclaimed rubber softening agent is very suit for producing common reclaimed rubber and high-tenacity reclaimed rubber. The high-tenacity rubber can reach *7MPa, and the elongation rate can reach above **0%.
