PROCEDURES
(1) Sales Agreement to be signed by both parties (Seller& Buyer).
(2) Upon signing of the contract by both parties (buyer & seller), shipment commence.
(3) Buyer will take care of the shipping cost which buyer will pay direct to the Shipping Company that will handle the shipment for immediate delivery of the gold to buyer’s appointed destination.
(4) Seller's representative will accompany the gold to buyer's destination and the representative will be present at buyer's refinery during final assay.
(5) Buyer will deduct the shipping cost paid by buyer during payment of the cost of gold after final assay report from buyer's appointed refinery.
(6) Payment of the cost of gold will be made by buyer through wire transfer to our company's designated bank account within *2hrs of the final assay at buyer’s refinery.
