1The front and back water cooled wars and arc tubes all adopt
backwater forced injection equipment,so as to guarantee that water
speed in heated pipes of these circulation loops can far exceed the
minimum security speed duing operation ,thus ensuring safety of
water circulation during power outage.
2The side water wall tube and convention bank adopt forced
circulation ,so as to make sure that water speed in this series of
tubescan far exceed the minimum security speed ,wash away sediment
at the lower part of the cylinder body ,and com-pleetely eliminnate
the possibility of water wall tube explosion .if water outage
happens during running ,the side water wall tube and convention
bank will automatically form natural circulating loop, thus fully
ensuring operation safety of the side water wall tube and
convention bank.
3The boiler furnace is covered in the inner side of convention
heating surface ,as flue gas temperature in flue pipes on two sides
and forepart convention heating suface is low.so the heat
preservation effect is remarkable and skining radiation loss is
now.
4The front and back arches adopt diversion design ,the back arch is
low ,long and of high coverage ,combustion of high temperature flue
gas can sweep past coals afire and rush to the front arch with the
aid of the back arch ,coal newly added into types ,complte
combustion and high boiler heat efficiency.
5the boiler body is of frame structurd ,and adopts paralled
composite structure of the side water wall tube and convention bank
as supporting componoent of the entire boiler .under operative mode
,heating surface of the boiler can carry out thermal expansion
unward freely ,which elimates thermal stress and makes the
structure stable and reliable ;
6Convention heating surface of the boiler all adopt flue gas
cross-flow scrubbing mode,which not only leads to high heat
transfer efficiency of heating surfance large output and fast speed
in temperature rise ,but can also reasonably devise and fix up soot
door and access door in flues of convention heating surfance ,which
is quite convenience for operation management and overhauling also
extremely import for operating high-capacity hot water boiler with
great amplitude of running load variation.
7Compared with boilers with other furance profiles and same
capacity ,due to the use of water-tube heating surface and lower
supporting entity structure ,the new high-capacity compound

standard of air pollutants for boilers .
