Queue Management System is a customer flow management system which is perfect for banks, airports, public dealing offices, self-service restaurants, health and care etc. where people have to wait in line to get any service. These systems allows the customers to wait without having to stand in line once their number is displayed then only will they have to approach the counter.The key benefits of using QMS are: * Customers do not need to stand in line for their turn. Single Service System This is a simple version of QMS with one (single) queue service. In this system there is one line but it can have many service counters. The customer first entering the office is handed a ticket which has his number. The display unit of the QMS shows the number of the client and the counter serving the number. The user can choose to wait or do other tasks according to the number displayed. Thus eliminating the chances of him having to wait in line instead he can just wait for his number. Displays the client number and the serving counter. * Multiple number of service counters. * One man on queue.
