Characteristics of Xitong Asphalt Mixing Plant
1. Finished asphalt mixture is even and smooth, which can meet
requirements of all kinds of road construction.
2. Not matter static or dynamic condition, weighing system accuracy
will be high and fine.
3. Material short alarm device and wall vibrator can make conveying
of cold aggregate in a continuous and smooth condition.
4. Feeding belt is designed with baffles, which makes material
feeding system steady and without aggregate rolling out.
5. Raising plate/ lifter blade in the dryer applies to conveying of
aggregate and can form better heat exchange area and flame
area.
6. Burner has a large regulating ratio(1: *0), which starts
smoothly and makes high precision temperature control, and is fit
for all kinds of working condition, the burner adopts inner cycle
oil supply system to save fuel.
7. Efficiency of dust separate of secondary dust collector reaches
