spring cone crusher is a kind of cone crusher which is manufactured

safety device is the overload protection device which can avoid the

Features:
1. The moving cone of this machine rotates continuously, the
process of material crushing and products discharge carry out
alternatively and continuously along the work surface, thus the

equally parallel gap between the moving cone and the fixed cone, so
the grain size of finished products are uniform.

lubricating oil, extend the life of spherical bearings, and make
the machine operate reliably.

Principle:
When the spring cone crusher works, the motor drives the eccentric
sleeve to rotate by horizontal axis and a couple of bevel gear.
Under the rotation of eccentric sleeve, the crushing cone axis line
swings, thus makes the broken wall surface come or leave the
rolling wall surface from time to time. This movement leads the ore
to be pressed, bended and at last to be crushed in the
cavity.Â
