The Blister sealing machine is used to melt plastic by generating frictional heat energy on the contact surface of two work pieces to be welded. Thermal energy comes from the reciprocating movement of a workpiece on another surface with a certain displacement or amplitude under a certain pressure. Once the expected degree of heat sealing is achieved, the vibration will stop, and there will still be a certain amount of pressure applied to the two workpieces to cool and solidify the newly heated part, thus forming a tight bond. An industrial machine that selects different current outputs and power-on times based on the size of the workpiece (heat sealing area), and then completes heat sealing packaging under cooling and pressurization.
