II. To meet the requirements of users, reach the water quality
standards, reduce the pollution of each stage as far as possible,
on the technology design, the tap water which meets the national
standards is selected as the source water, also equipped with
media filter, activated carbon filter, precision filter etc
pretreatment systems, RO system, ion exchange mixed bed system
and so on.  ã€€
1. Media filter is mainly to remove the suspended and mechanical
impurities in the source water. The equipment is made of
high-quality stainless steel , in addition to the gas flush
function, which can furthest eliminate the foul of media and bed
layers, to improve the effluent quality and prolong working
cycle.
2. Activated carbon filter can remove odor, pigment, oil, and
adsorb the organic impurities etc, to the most extent to remove
the free residual chlorine, guarantee the feed water quality of
RO, the equipment is made of high-quality stainless steel.
3. RO system uses pressure-difference principle, which can remove
the salts in the water, the desalinization rate can reach to
about *9%.
4. Mixed bed system adopts ion exchange technology, internal
anion and cation resin, reasonable resin layer height can ensure
the effluent quality meet the requirements of users.
   Water quality: conforms to American
ASTM, ultra pure water quality standards of electronics
department (four grades: *8MΩ*cm, *5MΩ*cm, 2MΩ*cm and
0.5MΩ*cm)
