e) After receipt confirmation of Full Assayed by the Buyer
Refinery, the Gold BARS remains the property of the SELLER, and the
BUYER cannot transfer it to any other entity, until the payment is
made to Seller Bank including all Commission which empowered Seller
to transfer the ownership of the Gold Dore bars to Buyer.
