It is exclusive from solid milk particles or water, uniform in composition, golden yellow in color with a clean nutty flavor typical of butterfat, endows food with a great aroma, flavor and taste especially when it is used to saute, pan fry and deep fry at temperature from **1 degree to **0 degree.
