Continuous PUR/PIR Panel Production Line

Rigid PUR/PIR are widely used as insulation because these have characteristics such as low thermal conductivity, high strength, ease of construction. DAISAN's continuous production line is a complex line that can produce garage doors, roofs, common walls, and boltless panels.
Continuous lines can be divided into processes such as coil supply, molding, foaming, curing, cutting, cooling, loading, and packaging. Most of them are fully automated except for moving coils or loading packed panels into trucks.

Mineral / Glass Wool Panel Production Line

Mineral / Glass wool sandwich panel production line generally consist of Uncoiling, Roll forming, gluing, double pressing, Cutting, Stacking and Mineral wool board cutting line such as board cutting to strip rotating and arranging for staggered pattern.
Mineral wool and glass wool production lines can be easily converted to EPS production lines by adding only EPS panel automatic injection devices. As the ordinary fiber structure of the mineral (or glass) wool board is a horizontal fiber structure, mineral wool panel production line needs an additional cutting process in order to create a staggered pattern of cross sectional vertical strips.

Discontinuous PU/PIR Panel Production Line

The discontinuous line is better suit for production of either smaller quantities or specially shaped panels than the continuous line.

The PUR, PIR Discontinuous line generally produces panels which are intended for use in cold storages, office buildings, partitions, fire-retardant door, reefer container, refrigerator van truck.
It is easy to change the panel shapes, its surface & side, and facing materials.
The PU/PIR Discontinuous line mainly consists of a roll forming, PU injecting and Processing equipment. The output depending on the layer number & size of hot press (daylight press) is adjustable. In case of PU injecting process, DAISAN designs semi-automatic single head or multi-heads as well as full automatic head(s) by robot according to the applications and customers production conditions.

EPS panel Production Line

EPS panel production line consists of uncoiling, roll forming, board feeding gluing, double pressing cutting. EPS panels are not heavy and do not require much manpower to load. Therefore, we do not recommend installing an automatic loader for customers.
Unlike PIR, Mineral Wool, and Glass Wool panels, EPS panels are naturally poor in product quality. EPS panels are not semi-flame resistant and will be suitable for low-cost markets.
