PSP steel plastic composite pressure pipe is made of welded steel
pipe as the intermediate layer, polyethylene (propylene) plastic as
the inner and outer layers, and special hot melt adhesive is used.
The pipe is compounded into one by extrusion molding method. In the
prior art, for PSP steel plastic composite pressure pipe, the
connection mode between the socket and plastic pipe mainly relies
on electromagnetic heating between the metal pipe inside the pipe
and the metal ring on the inner wall of the pipe fitting to achieve
double-sided fusion bonding at the socket. However, this connection

not self melt. Polyethylene or polypropylene are fused together by

the two cannot be fused as a whole. When the temperature is high,
polyethylene or polypropylene will carbonize, and at the same time,
it will inevitably flow outward to form a hole with only the steel
strip pipe left, resulting in insufficient connection strength,
cracks and other defects. In serious cases, it will even lead to
low peel strength of the socket, or even looseness, and large area
of water leakage. Compared with the prior art, the electromagnetic
four sided hot melt connection structure of PSP steel plastic
composite pressure pipe enables the internal and external walls of
PSP steel plastic composite pipe to realize the hot melt connection
with the socket as a whole through the heating of metal parts.
Among them, the two sides of the outer wall of PSP steel plastic
composite pipe and the outer wall of the socket are connected by
hot melt, and the two sides of the inner wall of PSP steel plastic
composite pipe and the inner wall of the socket are connected by
hot melt, The effect of four side hot melt connection is achieved,
which overcomes the problem that the two do not melt together due
to insufficient heating temperature, and overcomes the phenomenon
that polyethylene or polypropylene carbonizes and flows with voids
due to excessive heating. The connection strength is significantly
improved, and the defects of the prior art such as cracks, water
leakage, looseness, false fusion and image are overcome
