PSA (pressure swing adsorption, abbreviated as PSA) is a kind of advanced technology in air separation. As for the simple process and low investment, it is now the most popular solution in gas supplying.
The PSA system adapts Z.M.S (zeolite molecular sieves) for oxygen moleculars adsorption.
It affects by the different speading speed of different moleculars: in balanced condition, Z.M.S adsorbs same quantity moleculars of nitrogen and oxygen, but oxygen in moleculars spread much faster than nitrogen.
According to the feature of adsorption of carbon molecular sieve (ZMS), that the ZMS adsorb in pressurization and discharge in depressurization, we alternately compressed air into the two adsorption towers ( only one tower is also available) to separate the airs, high purity oxygen is continuously manufactured.
The purity and production efficiency can be adjusted per request: lowing the production capacity can increase the purity, while increase the production capacity decreases the purity.
