The comprehensive range of Nitrogen Gas Generator offered by us works on PSA technology. PSA stands for Pressure Swing Adsorption, which is a separation technology. These are use to separate nitrogen and oxygen molecules from rich compressed air. The commercial nitrogen production process usually employs carbon molecular sieves as adsorbents, whereas in PSA, the oxygen is adsorbed to its equilibrium value much faster than nitrogen. This is possible because oxygen, which is smaller in size (kinetic diameter 3.*6 A) diffuses much faster in carbon molecular sieves than nitrogen (kinetic diameter 3.*4 A). Thus, these are used as inert gas in Chemical & Pharmaceutical Industries. Gas composition: Nitrogen *9.*9%***9.***9% Oxygen 1 ppm- **0ppm Hydrogen 0.5% to 7 % ( Variables ) Dew Point (-)*0ºC to (-)*0ºC Applications: * As Inert gas in Chemical, Pharmaceutical Industries, Steel Industries & Food Industry. * In applications where oxygen impurity is not acceptable
