(1)It can greatly improve the output of kiln.
(2)It can redue the heat load of kiln firing zone thus improving the service life of lining and operation efficiency.
(3)It is good for stable burning.
(4)Ease of burning low quality coal and has lower heat consumption.
(5)It has good adaptability to raw material and fuel with high proportion of alkali, chlorine and sulfur.
(6)Lower level of NOx in the emission, resulting less pollution to environment.
(7)It is good for technical transformation of the old kilns, and of lower space occupation, lower equipment cost, and doubled output.
Cyclone preheater and calciner work together to complete the task of cement raw material and calcium carbonate. Decomposition rate ot the raw material into the kiln can be up to *0%. Because of these advantages, the size of the rotary kiln can be reduced accordingly.

Structural features
(1)All cyclones adopt low resistance structure and long diameter spiral case. There are diversion device at inlet side and inner cylinder at outlet side. So, it can improve the separation efficiency of cylones. C2, C3, C4, C5 inner cylinder adopt tiled chip in order to make installation, replacement and maintenance more convenient.
(2)On-line calciner structure is very simple with high decomposition efficiency and low NOx.
(3)Every cyclone cone has small maintenance holes, to solve the block problem.
(4)Discharge pipe adopts well sealed, flexible valve flap.
(5)Every cyclone pipe join closely to reduce the height and area of kiln inlet frame.
(6)All the joint flange in system are weld, cut the after air leakage in a big margin.
