Steel pole has variety of height: *5m, *8m *1m, *7m, *9m *6m including supporting, suspension, excess poles and poles in transformer station with voltage form ******0KV. Steel power pole is one of major products of our company. With the thorough understandings of products and hardship of workers at the construction site, exact processing and manufacturing for high qualified installation is our top concern. All steel power poles are checked and controlled under closed process from deployment, picking up, trial installation on computer with Teckla software. This process ensures the precision of every smallest detail, hidden corners of column binders and contiguous points in picking up and deployment. All of the details of pole include main part, code, bracelet being punched hole on CNC machine with high precision. The products are installed on trial before hot dip galvanized. On the details, there is specific sign with concealed stamping for mistake prevention. The details of pole after hot dip galvanized shall be tested to ensure it will satisfy technical and aesthetic requirements and thickness of plating and then are baled in each column for delivery to customers construction works.
