Portable Filters System
Sattionary filters
are compact pulse jet
filters.
In the standard
version stationary filters are equipped with a medium pressure
centrifugal fan, a fan switch and a control cabinet for solenoid
valves.Â
To use such a filter simply connect it to
the compressed dehydrated and de-oiled air and to a voltage 3 x **0
V AC.
Stationary filters
are intended for dedusting technological
positions.  Â
Stationary filters
cannot be used for dedusting explosive dust-air mixtures, because
they are not equipped with safeguards against
explosion. Â
Satationary filters type FS are equipped with
cartridges (pleated)Â **5 mm,
the length of ***0 mm and the
filter surface of 5 m².  Â
Sattionary filters
type FS*3x4 are equipped with vertical cages and filter bags with
the circular cross section of **3 mm and the lengths of ***0 mm and ***0
mm.
Stationare filters
type HF are equipped with horizontal cages and filter bags with
lenticular shape of cross section and lengths of ***0 mm, ***0 mm
and ***0 mm.
The dust is collected
on the outside surface of cartridges or filter bags. The cartridges
and the filter bags are regenerated
by short compressed air impulses initiated by solenoid
valves.
Stationary filters
reach efficiency of dedusting above *9 % and can be used to
dedusting of grinding and polishing machines, packers,
pouring machines, etc., in the building material industry,
metal and chemical industry as well as in
foundries.    Â
Stationary filters
type FS with cartridges should be applied for smaller dust and for
the dust more easily removed from the
cartridges surface.

type HF and filters type FS with filter bags can be applied for
more dust and the dust
which is removed from the
filter bag.surface
