Product Description
The portable EDM broken tap remover (or someone called broken bolt remover, EDM machine, electric discharge machine, metal disintegrator, portable EDM, spark EDM) is used for removing broken taps, drills, screws and bolts, etc, which can't be easily drilled by conventional ways.
Our patent product portable EDM broken tap remover could remove broken tooling without any damage to the work-piece, and it could also be used to mark and process non-precision holes on metal.

Product features
1.  Small size, light weight, convenient to move to anywhere, especially for large work-pieces.
2.  Electrolytic Corrosion principle, no damage to work-piece;
3.  Magnetic base, easily to attract on the work-piece;
4.  Cooling fan installed keep the machine continuous working;
5.  Working head is separated, can fix on different surface of the metal.
6.  Alarm automatically for certain depth.
7.  Mainly used for removing broken taps, reamer, broken screw.
8.  Also used for drilling hole on very hard material.
9.  It can use tap water as working liquid, very economic and convenient.
