Polymeric emulsifiers (BEF)



New PIBSA amino ester derivatives obtained from the reaction between high-activity polyisobutylene and maleic anhydride, applicable to production of a variety of emulsion explosives, especially suitable for production of bulk emulsion explosives. Recommended dosage: 1.0%*2.0%
 

• Produced through a thermal adduction process, chlorine free, more environment-friendly and safer;
• A new polymer structure, which has high emulsification property and high stability, and can be used under different environmental conditions;
• Suitable for production of packed and field mixed emulsion explosives and repeatedly pumped emulsion matrixes;
• Have lower volatility and less odor than conventional PIBSA-based emulsifiers;
• A series of products that can meet the requirements of different production processes
