Polyester strap (PET strap)is recognized as a new environmental-protection packing material to substitute steel strap. It can save about *0% cost comparing steel strap. ÂCost Saving about *0% comparing with steel strap:Â PET STRAP is about 6 times longer than steel strap in the same size. And it has the same strength with steel strap. Through the comparison and analysis of PET strap and steel strap as well as the practical data, we have learnt that *5mmx1.2 mm PET strap can replace *2mm*1mm steel strap for heavy packing. The density of PET strap is only 1/6 of steel strap. Therefore, PET strap for the heavy industries, like glass, Aluminum ingot etc, can save *0% cost comparing with steel strap.
