Features of PA*1 Nylon pipe extrusion line:
The pipe production line developed by Qingdao Jitai Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. has reasonable and compact structure and high efficiency. Unique screw designs for Nylon solve the problem of PA pipe formation. The extrusion speed can be up to *0m/min. The production of PA pipe is very stable and easy to control. We can also provide double location on-line automatic rolling or precise on-line cutting device according to your requirement. The cutting-unit is advanced and makes the pipes in good shape without burr.

Extruder- head die – vacuum calibration water tank - tractor - cutting or rolling machine
