1. Extruder: Appropriate

flow-distribution and guarantee even thickness of

material property, The distance among rollers can be adjusted
freely by hydraulic or mechanical means, so ensure calendaring
effect , keep even thickness and width , and roller has special
design of regulating angle. Temperature controller operates
separately.

4. Bracket of cooling roller:
Equipped with corresponding guide roller. The edge-shearing
device equipped can guarantee fixed width of plate(sheet)

5. Lanscape orientation cutter: Its
of length-fixed cutting with cutting precision less than2mm and
adopts alloy blade or rigid alloy saw bit to ensure the
good cutting effect and constantly stable
performance.

6. The winder: Commonly the
thickness blow 3mm plate and sheet should use winder. Its
of friction winder and other form as well can be supplied
according to customers demands. Adopts powerful torque motor that
freely adjusts speed and tension.
