This machine was mainly use to takes PP, PE plastic flat fibers to
produce PP woven tubular fabric or liner film woven tubular fabric,
and the cloth is widely applied in the production of fertilizer
bags, grain bags, cement bags and feed bag.
1. Small cam type and convex table as well as swing-beam rolling
wheel transmission is adopted, making it easy and stable to
run.
2. Slide block and rod are eliminated while the wearing parts are
decreased. Rolling transmission is adopted in entire structure,
which doesn't need lubricant.
3. Frequency speed regulation which is convenient and stable is
adopted.
4. It is configured with automatically stop detecting unit when
meeting the situation of warp/weft breaking, weft ending. The
stoppage unit is sensitive and reliable.
5. It's an environmental product whose noise is not more than
*0dB(A).
6. Low strengh plastic yarn which is made from **0% regenerated
plastic can be adopted to weave.
7. It is high-efficient and energy-efficient. The highest rotation
speed of the main motor can reach **0r/min and the power is
