Material: PE powder, which is supplied by local factory in Ningbo
City.
Production process:
1: As per users request, design the boat accordingly, approved by
related parties.
2: According to approved drawing, marking steel mould
3: Filling PE powder in to steel mould
4: Put mould into roll plastic molding machine,
5: Heating as per instruction listed in the process
requirement.(heating time and temperature)
6: Cooling
7: Demoulding
Basically the boat color is white same as the PE powder, boat color
could be chose as per buyers
request, (pigment could be added into the PE power before filling
into the mould)
