SJSZ SERIES CONICAL TWIN-SCREW PLASTIC EXTRUDER Funcitions and
Construction. The SJSZ series Extruders with appropriate screws,
dies and other auxiliaries can directly convert thermoplastic
especially RPVC powder into Pipe, plate, sheet, film and profile,
and also Provide function of modifying and Pelletizing. The
extruders driven by DC motor, use a thyristor to reakuze stepless
regulation. It is also equipped with the over-load prtection and
stoppage alarming system. The screws core and the outside of
barrels are cooled by the circulation of oil, the fuctions includes
vacuum venting and forced feeding. SJ SERIES SINGLE SCREW PLASTIC
EXTRUDER Funcitions and Construction. The machine is mainly used in
extruding soft and hard thermoplastics, such as polyviyl
chloride(PVC), polyethylene and others. It is used with relevant
auxiliary machine (including shaping machine head) to produce
several kinds of plastic products, for example: film, pipe, rod,
plate, thread, cable insulating layer, hollow product. It is also
used for prilling. The machine has advantages, such as advanced
design, high output, good plasticification, low energy consumption,
involute gear transmission, low noise, steady operation, large
loading, long life and so on.
