Description:
A new functional masterbatch, designed for solving blister problem during the plastic processing of the PE, PP raw materials. Before plastic molding, add a small amount of the masterbatch and simply mix, instead of the drying process. It makes the process more convenient, improves production more efficient, and reduces energy consumption.

Usage & dosage
 Mix with plastic raw material before moulding process.2 Recommend ratio is 1%*5%.Adjust ratio according to the moisture degree.
 
 
 
 
 Ps:
 
1. This product should be keep out of moisture damp before using;
2. The well mixed masterbatch raw materials and plastic must be used up within *0 hours, otherwise, the dehydration master-batch may lose efficiency because of absorbing the moisture in the air, and it is likely to cause the phenomenon of plugging the filter.
3. As for raw materials with large contents of water, the increase of amount is not recommended, because it may reduce the mechanical properties of the products, we recommend appropriate dry treatment;
4. It is no allowed to carry out dry treatment to the raw materials together with the plastic dehydration master- batch;
5. Before using, check packaging to make sure it is intact or not, unused plastic dehydration master-batch should be heat sealed as soon as possible.
