Also, manual pipe welding process causes various muscular-skeletal diseases in pipe welding workers. Our device uses round guide rail and a welding device that move along the guide rail. It is equipped with motor movement slides that allow the user to adjust the welding torchs height and horizontal location. The user can use the touch screen on the control panel to set various welding conditions (welding current, voltage, speed and others). These functions allow the users to achieve consistent high quality welding in all cases.
