These systems suitable for making cushions and pillows filled with a mixture of fiber, foam
(sponge)
and feather. High productivity, easy to operate. Smooth process from fiber opening, mixing with other materials, to the filling process without jamming.
-- It integrates smashing foam (sponge), opening fiber, mixing and
filling together and finishes at a time.
--Â Only by putting the foam/Â sponge (including scrap),
raw fiber (non-carded cellucotton) or down feather into the
machine, it will loose the fiber and smash the foam, evenly mix
them and the fill into the product.
