Basic material—it is made of high density moisture-proofing and mildew-proofing board, the thickness is *5mm or *8mm. It is also acceptable to use the other board according to the customers’ requirements.
Facing—melamine facing, color chosen according to the company’s color card; bark facing , bark type and painting color are up to the customers
Sound absorption thin felt—it is black, affixed to the back of the sound absorption board, fire-proofing and sound absorbing.
Batten width—**8mm, or made according to customers’ requirement
Batten length—***0mm at the max, or made according to customers’ requirement
Acceptable tolerance—for width it is 0.1mm, for length it is 2mm
Combination—*0 degree angle for the rabbet and notch, batten length is made according to the need.

1. Storing requirements before installation

It is required to keep the warehouse where the boards are stored sealed and moisture-proofing. Before installation, it is required to air the boards for *8 hours or more.

2. Requirements for installation place

It should be dried, defined humidity and temperature requirement should be met *4 hours or more before installation. The lowest acceptable temperature is *5â„ƒ, the temperature variation

3. Method for installing Wooden acoustic panel board on wall

Install the light steel dragon bone into the wall
Dimension for light steel dragon bone: *8X*6X***0mm, separation distance is *0cm.
Install the *5X*8X5mm dimension cramp between dragon bone and sound absorption board.
Glass wool which covers the back of sound absorption board is *0—*0mm, *2kg/m3.the width and length is respectively **0mm and ***0mm.

4. Notices

Recommended distance between two dragon bones is *0mm.
When boards are combined together, 3mm distance is necessary between each other.
If the boards are installed from the floor, the notch should be downstairs and the cramps should be locked closely, then install the sound absorption boards one by one.
