FEATURE AND FUNCTION:

 PE-RT PIPE PRODUCTION LINE is adopted by many developed countries nowadays as new type product, which is sanitary, nontoxic, and environmentally friendly. It also owns advantages for heat resistance, pressure resistance, energy saving, and long service life.


This extrusion line is controlled by computer. The screw uses comprehensive mixing part with belt barrier and mixed
melting head. New pattern notch barrel makes good performance of plasticizing and mixed melting. It ensures high speed and good performance extruding. The die head adopts latest spire or basket-like type technique that ensures a stable and credible extrusion. It adopts water film lubricating and hydroseal cooling system to suit for the material requirement of this material. Make sure the stabilization of diameter and round degree when producing pipe at high speed. The special designed multilevel vacuum and cooling device and especial high pressure cooling system ensure the extrusion. According to the pipes ‘specification. I adopts superfine speed regulating system that ensures stable and credible operation. The cutter adopts planet cutter which has a higher automation of computer control
and longer period of maintenance.
