Empire has teamed up with Precision Technology (PTI) to provide complete turnkey assembly services for Prototype, Small & Medium production volumes. PTI is a complete Turnkey Assembly facility providing SMT, and thru-hole assembly services on Prototype to Medium Production assembly requirements. Empire Electronics and PTI is an ISO ***1:***8 + AS***0B, ITAR Compliant and UL Certified manufacture of Printed Circuit Boards.

* Prototype and production volume services for PCB's from Single-sided through Ten Layers. 
 
* Prototype service as quickly as *4 hours for PCB's from Single-sided through Six Layers. 
 
* Standard Prototype service of only Five (5) working days for Single-sided and Double-sided boards. 
 
* Empire can process CEM*1, CEM*3, FR*4, Hi Temp FR*4,  Metal Core and RF material (We stock
 
   Most  in house so we can make as quickly as *4 hr.)
 
* Plating processes include: Lead-Free HASL, HASL, Immersion Gold, and Immersion Silver.
 
* Copper up to 6 oz.
 
* Electrical Testing via a Flying Probe Tester.
 
* Controlled Impedance capabilities and a Polaris TDR Tester for verification
 
 
 
* Fast turn Prototype Assembly Services .
 
* SMT Component Assembly down to .***1.
 
* Complete Turnkey Assembly Services for Thru-hole, SMT, BGA, and Micro BGA's.
 
* Rework Stations for BGA and Micro BGA's with Controlled Profiling.
 
* Two Real-Time X-Ray Machines
 
***0% optical inspections including solder joints
 
* Flying Probe Testing, ICT Testing and Specialized Test Fixtures.
