cost with limited increase range of ring crush strength, which make
increased production cost and reduced profits. Our solid surface
sizing agent is widely used by many papermaking companies, and can
replace starch when adding, and more significant effect of improve
ring crush strength than starch. Solid sizing agent is mainly used
for increase strength of cardboard, increase physical index, such
as paper strong hardness, bursting strength, ring crush strength

Dosage: according to starch dosage used for surface sizing, suggest
to replace 1/3 or 1/4 starch, generally suggested add **7kg/ton
paper, also can be used based on specific production conditions.
Join location: starch gelatinized tank, gelatinized with starch.
Also can add solid sizing agent to gelatinized starch solution.
Join method: join water to gelatinized tank, then start stirring.

to gelatinized tank. Operating as normal gelatinized process, after
