Brief introduction:

LCW series bead mill is a piece of equipment that with large grinding force to guarantee high flow capacity; materials like full ceramic or full PU is available and with no metal contamination to make purity of products. Dispersion and wet grinding of materials like barium titanate, aluminum, barium carbonate rheostat, PZT, camera ink, printing ink, zirconium oxide, catalyst, silica sand LTCC & MLCC etc. Its the ideal choice for the Nano-scale grinding of low or mid-high viscosity materials.

Max flux filter screen equipped with high speed main shaft rotation, solve the sticking problem of balls and blocking of materials.
Complete ceramic materials or complete wear-resisting polyurethane (PU) materials is ideally suited for contamination-free dispersion and wet grinding of materials requiring high quality.
Parts that contact product are available in a variety of materials including hardened steel, stainless steel; also available in polyurethane and ceramic.
PLC control system which can be connected with agitator to make circulation grinding. Programming timing control makes unmanned operation be possible, which decreases the labor cost and makes a more economical production solution.
High-usage and low consumption of energy reduces cost considerably.
Materials from low to high viscosity also can be processed with excellent performance.
