Introduction

Principle
This kit uses indirect-competition method mainly based on the immunological reaction between specific antigen and antibody. Oxytetracycline specific antigen coated on microtiter plates competes binding sites of enzyme-labeled Oxytetracycline specific antibody with added calibrator (or sample). With TMB chromogenic substrate, the absorbance value was negatively correlated with residues of Oxytetracycline. Under the calibration curve, Oxytetracycline content of the sample can be quantified multiplied by the corresponding compare dilution.

Dilute *0X Conc. / Resolve solution with *9-fold with deionized water (e.g., 10mL Conc. / Resolve solution + *90mL H₂O).
**-Washing solution:

Dilute the 0X Conc. / Washing solution with 9-fold with deionized water (e.g., 10mL Conc. / Washing solution + *90mL H₂O).

Sample preparation procedure:
1. Tissue:

Weight 1g homogenized sample in *0ml tube, and mix with 5ml deionized water. Vortex 2 min, and then centrifuge at ***0g for *0min.
Collect **0ul supernatant, and add **0ul Resolve working solution. Vortex *0min, and then take *0ul sample for analysis.
