How does the oxygen-enriched air system work?

Low pressure air supply module

Accurately match different nitrogen concentrations through constant pressure output

Through the precise filter system to ensure that the air quality meets the ISO***3 corresponding standards, and through the nitrogen and oxygen separation system to prepare the required oxygen-enriched air

High pressure booster module

The oxygen-enriched air is sent to the filling system after passing through the high-pressure booster and analyzing the oxygen content to ensure that it meets the set value

Integrated high-pressure oxygen-enriched generation module

Professional compact design for ships or other narrow space applications

The compressed air passes through a gas-liquid separation device to remove most of the liquid contaminants

   After passing through the filtering system to ensure that the compressed air raw material meets the ISO***2 quality level, then it enters the oxygen generation module

After the oxygen generation module separates the oxygen and nitrogen in the air, it is continuously monitored and adjusted through the online monitoring module

   After the oxygen ratio in the air meets the set value, it enters the built-in high-pressure module for high-pressure compression, and connects to the downstream storage bottle group and filling system through the output interface

Gas mixed oxygen enrichment system

The pre-purified ambient air and medical oxygen are mixed through the ratio set by the user, and the oxygen-enriched air which has been analyzed and monitored to meets the requirements is filled to the oxygen-enriched beard air compressor

The ambient air is fully purified to remove pollutants from a air through an intake filter

   An external oxygen source suitable for human respiratory use enters the mixer through a precision proportional valve

The pre-filtered clean ambient air and the oxygen controlled by the nitrogen proportional valve are mixed in the proportion specified by the user. The mixer provides a homogeneous mixed oxygen-enriched gas through a special flow channel design.

The outlet of the mixing place is measured by a sensor, and the medical oxygen supply is controlled according to the measurement result
